This plumy fruit fills the whole palate and combined with the soft
and approachable tannins creates a very mouth filling wine.
The length of flavour is long with plumy and liquorice fruit and spicy
oak.

Thorn-Clarke has a long history of grapevine planting, nurturing and passing down experience for six generations. It is one of the top wineries in South Australia in terms of quality and scale. It has the world’s oldest Shiraz vineyard (Clifton, Angaston) and has been rated as the highest level of five-star winery by James Halliday for more than 10 years in a row. It is also frequently selected as one of Wine Spectator’s top 100 wines.
